When you submit the contact form, the partner application form or the meeting request form: first name, last name, phone number, email address (optional) and the content of your message. For a partner application also your agency/company name, city/country, type of agency and your website or social media address (optional). For a meeting request also the type of meeting, your preferred date and time range and the topic.

Automatically when you submit the form: the submission date, your IP address and browser information (processed during Cloudflare Turnstile verification to prevent spam and abuse).

We do not use our own tracking or advertising cookies when you browse the Site. Cloudflare Turnstile may set its own functional cookie for bot verification.

The videos on the home page are not loaded until you click play. When you play one, it is shown from YouTube (Google), which may use its own cookies or identifiers.

To review the requests you submit through the contact form, your partner applications and your meeting requests, respond to you and answer your questions.

We process this data based on the explicit consent you give by checking the consent box before submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details below.

Your data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

It is shared, as a data processor, with the service providers needed to run the Site technically: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (site hosting) and Cloudflare (bot/spam protection). These providers process your data only on our behalf, under their own terms of service.

The infrastructure of these providers may be located outside North Cyprus, so your data may be processed across borders.

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, after which it is deleted upon your request or periodically.

You have the right to access your data, request its correction, request its deletion and object to its processing.

Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access is limited to authorised team members. The contact form is protected against automated and malicious submissions with bot verification.
